Reiki is basically is a Japanese word which means High power life force Energy , this energy will help you in stabilizing your mind as well as your body. Many women get benefited by this in their pregnancy period, i am the one among them. It started from little dizziness and fatigue in the morning hours of the day to fainting spells after doing some work but with the help of Reiki and my doctors consultation i overcome my morning sickness problem. I also read many websites which provide me good knowledge about morning sickness, you can read one here http://www.aptaclub.ie/morning-sickness/
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15633635978333905886noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5285871073069940636.post-25192771782537804732013-03-07T15:02:51.660-08:002013-03-07T15:02:51.660-08:00One of the things I often wondered about was, why ...One of the things I often wondered about was, why me? Why did I receive the gift of a permanent awakening and what else may have triggered this event besides the last few weeks just before awakening where I felt guided to do certain things like yoga and meditation? One of the answers I came up with was shaktipat given to me at an early age by a guru who was a guide to my father. I was raised in a religious Hindu family where my father was an active seeker. He would make it a point to visit holy men, and there are plenty in India that answer to that name. There was one guru who became my father's teacher. He was the genuine article. He had written books about the gayatri mantra. He was capable of shaktipat now that I think back to the events as they happened during our frequent trips to the ashram and when we were visited by this guru who has since passed on. I believe that I may have received shaktipat without knowing it, back then. It stayed dormant and somehow helped me find my way to an awakening, or when the awakening happened, like Tom says, this process may have unfolded as if connecting dots that were already drawn in the appropriate centers thanks to my reciting the gayatri mantra when I was younger, aided by shaktipat. It is just conjecture, but the strongest answer I have to the question "why me?"
Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15951569437528155384noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5285871073069940636.post-84585164345831194012013-02-03T10:38:48.672-08:002013-02-03T10:38:48.672-08:00Tom,
The more I think about it, the more it seems...Tom,

The more I think about it, the more it seems like a reasonable solution for those who are seemingly unable to feel or perceive sensations or activity in the inner landscape.

I'm talking about your doing Shaktipat and Reiki before getting into GFM.

Used correctly, I believe this may be a valuable addition to the overall method. It worked for you, perhaps even expedited your awakening. It could be useful for those who practice meditation intently, but have difficulty feeling or observing sensations and activity in the internal landscape.

Prior experience of Shaktipat or Reiki might give devoted individuals a leg up, in that they would realize activity in the inner landscape is possible and they can observe and experience it, and they can get back to it. Believing you can get back to something, and "knowing what that something is," are powerful incentives to successful accomplishment.

Step 1 Reiki/Shaktipat – Learn to observe inner activity, know it is real, know what it “feels” like, know you can get back to it.

Step 2 Golden Flower Meditation (GFM) – Learn and practice the techniques, ever mindful of the sensations and activity already experienced. Psychic bio-feedback acts as a powerful incentive.

All this, provided that the teacher is capable of providing guidance throughout the various stages, preparing the subject for living with and adjusting to permanent Kundalini. Physically, emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually.JJ Semplehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12739952761972950114noreply@blogger.com
