Sexual Sublimation Powers Kundalini

Here’s how kundalini, and by extension, sexual sublimation, works. At least, this is how it worked for me. How do I know? I observed the kundalini mechanism (its biological characteristics) in the laboratory of my body.

I’ll skip over my meditation experience — its techniques are explained on the Golden Flower Meditation website — and pick up where the meditation method leaves off. And that is with the sudden ability to detect an energy buildup in the lower belly region. I use the word “region” because the exact location is difficult to pinpoint. Others, who’ve succeeded with the meditation confirm the energy buildup event, but also report having difficulty pinpointing the exact location. No matter. Kundalini activity begins with the energy buildup — a result of the breathing exercises in Golden Flower Meditation (GFM). What is this energy comprised of?

The composition of this energy for both males and females is sexual in nature and substance. Semen and cervical fluids are distilled into psychic fuel, often described as an essence or an elixir.

Once the energy buildup is detected, you can observe the psychic fuel starting to climb the spine, using as yet unrecognized-by-medical-science channels along the spine (consult your favorite esoteric source for detailed channel information). This is the sexual sublimation phase, that is, the distillation and redirection of sexual energy — normally used for procreation — being diverted up the spine to the brain.

Once this psychic fuel reaches the brain, it’s like a coup d’etat. Acting as a command and communications epicenter, kundalini takes over certain biological and metabolic functions. Via the nervous system, kundalini sends feelers throughout the body for the purpose of inventory, diagnosing the status of cells, tissue, and organs — the complete anatomy, physiology, histology, and embryology.

Kundalini compares the information received from each and every part, system, and subsystem of the body with the master plan for your embodiment, the blueprint for your being that came into existence shortly before your conception. It then releases healing energy to those parts that need it. Some of this healing work is accomplished immediately; some takes a lot longer. The healing energy is also composed of sexual energy and is summoned, as needed, by kundalini from the lymphatic and the sexual apparatus.

After my activation, I watched as my brain received information from my body. How did this work? A particular node was touched, and like a switch being thrown, I felt a click in the brain. Immediately after the click, a corresponding body part received an influx of energy that either healed it or made it expand. Every event was part of kundalini’s effort to synchronize my actual body and being with the master blueprint. I say “effort” because kundalini is intelligent; it knows what it’s doing. It has a plan and carries it out. If it doesn’t accomplish all that it sets out to do, it’s either because:

  • The body is too far-gone, overtaken, most likely, by degenerative disease. If it’s a neural impairment, kundalini is usually able to heal it.
  • The kundalini awakening is not complete and permanent.
  • The activation method was involuntary — all the kundalini components were not “installed” correctly.
In permanent awakenings, when all the components are correctly installed, the command and communications epicenter not only has an inventory component, it is able to dispense and release life force healing energy, it increases consciousness over time, and it also includes a governor that controls the precise amount of energy to release in a given circumstance.

In temporary or involuntary cases, the governor is not always completely operational and therefore releases either too much or too little energy. Too much energy may lead to situations of pain, discomfort, or other suffering. No one likes to see a person in agony, unhappy that kundalini ever came into his or her life. At this stage, however, techniques to relieve those suffering from neural pain or discomfort are not readily available.

In most cases, kundalini gradually expands consciousness and fosters anatomical, somatic, and metabolic improvements. It is even capable of modifying an individual’s genetic profile and passing these beneficial mutations along to future generations through DNA.

Involvement

Krishnamurti used to begin his talks by describing the terrible state the world was in: war, famine, refugee crises, negative emotion, and blind politicians profiting from the suffering. Krishnamurti’s dead, and nothing much has changed. There’s turmoil in Europe with Brexit, the Euro crisis, and there’s conflict in America with the forthcoming election. The aftershocks of these crises affect people all over the world.

Was Krishnamurti stupid in saying that an inner transformation has anything to do with, let alone could change, world conditions? Is Samadhi simply escapism?

Total Freedom by Krishnamurti
Awakened Kundalini perfects the brain and balances the body. Kundalini also clarifies personal relationships and intensifies energy in the immediate surrounding reality of work and social life. But how far this surrounding reality reaches is a moot point. Whether Kundalini has anything to do with facing up to the horrors of the modern world is an open question. The Blissful Inner Heat is blissful when it’s inner, but can become a delirium when applied it to the state of the larger world. I have a deep admiration for people who are activists and manage to maintain their integrity, but is it really possible to awaken Kundalini and run things, make larger decisions?

There is an alchemical motto: "The All, The One." The fact that there is an energy continuum is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore an individual’s inner action can affect everything. But this realisation, while true, can easily lapse into a Tolkienesque fantasy world of good wizards vs. bad wizards, of the goodies behind the scenes warring with the baddies out front. In order not to fall into this fantasy trap, the individual, the little one must become the "One, The All." In other words, blustering politicians and corrupt businessmen as well as the suffering victims of war and famine are all me. They’re inside me. It’s no wonder Krishnamurti died saying that he’d failed. The Awakening he spoke of has perhaps only ever been achieved by Sakhyamuni, the Buddha...if at all.

If transcendental and non-human forces lie behind, and form, the manifest world, then the politicians and warmongers are as much "the sons and daughters of Eternity," to use Blake’s phrase, as are those who are seeking Truth. We are in the Kali Yuga big time.

So what, then, is Kundalini? She is physical, powerful, white hot. Is She also "consciousness," in some higher form or other? Consciousness is certainly the starting point, a conscious act of sitting down to meditate and become free. In the Buddha’s original teaching, consciousness, too, is one of the five strands of the "five fold stem of illusion." Another of these illusions is "personality" (even the loudest politician’s!). It’s a daunting truth, but perhaps, behind even consciousness and personality (i.e., in an apparent eternal darkness) there is "panna," — "prajna" in Sanskrit — wisdom. Wisdom is not confined by consciousness, which is why, when Kundalini awakens, she’s as physical as the hand in front of my face. And perhaps, on a quantum level, where sub-atomic particles share knowledge, it’s this "panna," "prajna" or non-conscious wisdom that is the ultimate constituent of Kundalini.

Transpersonal: Beyond the Personal Contains the Personal

Lately, I haven't written much for this site because I've been busy studying for an MSc by distance learning. The MSc is called Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology.

I first learned about the course five years ago when it was an in-house university academic course in Liverpool. Having just relocated, I didn't want to do it again, so I forgot about it.

In 2013, I organized and facilitated the first UK conference on Kundalini called Kundalini Matters: Science, Psychosis or Serpent. When the conference was over and I was wondering what my next step could be, I remembered this course. I looked for it again online and to my amazement found that it was now a distance-learning program accredited by Middlesex University and another organization called the Professional Development Foundation. I emailed the course director to find out more and to cut a long story short completed everything that I needed to register and began the course in September 2013. It has been one of the best investments I ever made.

I have been on a spiritual path on and off since I was 11. I have read a lot in almost every spiritual field from mysticism, religion, channeling, the occult, theosophy, yogic philosophy. I studied Buddhism for almost 10 years and then trained to teach Kundalini yoga, having experienced this powerful energy once in 1998 and again in 1999. So, I've done and read such a lot, but what was missing was some academic research that would tie it all together and ground everything. The lack of grounding in some spiritual communities and spiritual writings has often frustrated me. Over the years, I have become more of a spiritual scientist in that I am very discerning about what I consider to be Truth. With everything I have read and listened to, I have gone within and asked myself one question, "Is this something that I have experienced?" And if I haven't experienced it, I don't throw it out, I wait patiently to see if I can discover it within my own experience. This is the way that I have navigated the unpredictable spiritual waters, and to-date it has served me well.

In the first year of the course, I learned about Quantum Mechanics, an area I've always found fascinating at an intuitive level, but couldn't really grasp. The module on this course grounded my understanding and from it, I could understand the point of view of the mystics who say, "everything is ONE." From a quantum point of view, everything also exists until we observe it and then the waves of possibility change into observable particles or things. Doing this module, I felt like a child in a sweet shop; I enjoyed every minute of it and there's so much more that I could write about. The other two modules I did were creativity and transformation and meditation and mindfulness. The range of material covered and the academic documents available were so interesting I felt like I was putting together the pieces of the spiritual jigsaw. Altogether, a thrilling and absorbing experience.

The 2nd year has been more experiential; it's a module called "Learning through Integrative Practice," one I really like. I have often thought and sometimes written about how the spiritual is much more than a spiritual practice. It requires practices in other dimensions of being human such as, the physical, emotional, mental, social and interpersonal. So, this year, I will put together an integral program of these practices to be submitted for approval. Once approved, I will keep a learning journal as well as a log of the times I work on each element. At the end, I will submit a 3000 word reflective essay. I am really looking forward to it, as I am sure it's going to be transformative in ways I can't yet imagine.

If doing the full MSc doesn't work for you, there is also the opportunity to become an associate student. As an associate, you can choose from all of the modules offered — the ones you'd like to delve more deeply into.

This experience has been much more than a course. I see it as building up a transpersonal community, committed to that which is beyond, and yet within, the personal. A community where we share and help each other grow and evolve and, because we are all connected, share and help each other make the ideas and experiences we share more powerful. This isn't just spiritual; it's related to the discoveries in Quantum Mechanics.

I thoroughly recommend this course. The people who run it are committed to human potential in its most advanced forms, which is why I feel it's important.
